Fruit Soups for Breakfast!
Here is a recipe for delicious creamy peach soup--actually there are four recipes here, differing mostly in their degree of difficulty. If you have the time, the one made with fresh peaches is the best. The next recipe substitutes in frozen peaches, which cuts waaay down on preparation time. The third variation is made with canned peaches, and easiest of all is the fourth--it uses peach pie filling.

Making Fantastic Fruit Salad
The Wiggles, the wacky Australian Kid-friendly band, has won a worldwide following (and a mention in People Magazine's year-end round up of "most intriguing people of the year" for 2002) with a string of hits that includes my family's favorite: "Fruit Salad." The refrain goes something like this: "Fruit salad. Yummy, yummy." I couldn't say it better myself.

The Dish: Sometimes you just crave fresh fruit
Our bodies have an uncanny way of letting us know that we need something. Sometimes I'll find myself dying for a glass or two of orange juice, which I then will down in a matter of seconds and think, "Well, I guess I needed that."
